Your access to this forum is a privilege and not a right; therefore should you disobey any of the rules in this document, this privilege may be revoked. The administrators/moderators may, at their sole discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any user who violates any of the rules contained in this page or for any behaviour they deem inappropriate regardless of whether or not a technical breach of the rules has or has not taken place.
Due to the real-time nature of this message board it is impossible for us to review all messages/posts or confirm the validity of information communicated. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this message board or any entity associated with this message board. The individual member remains solely responsible for the content of their messages weather those are true, false or otherwise. Keep in mind, that this forum holds the individual responsible for the content of thier post's or threads. Should this content be false (fake programs, viruses and such) measures will be taken to protect the other users of the forum, and punish the original poster.
The interpretation of these rules is the sole discretion of this forum?s administrators/moderators. Both the rules and the forum policies are not open for debate or discussion so if you do not like them then you are free to leave.

The Forum Rules
1. Thread Naming & Content:
When posting a new thread, always give the thread the appropriated name, and fill it with similarly appropriate content.
On this forum you can post any download link to either file hosting websites (ie Rapidshare, Megaupload etc.) or direct links (DO NOT post links to other warez forums/websites/blogs regardless of whether or not they require registration). Before posting however, please make sure the links work and are not dead.
2. Not Safe For Work (?NSFW?) Content:
NSFW is defined as anything that most people would not want to be seen by their bosses, parents, teachers, siblings, offspring, friends etc. NSFW Content is only allowed in the Adult Section, all other sections are to remain clean (No NSFW Content whatsoever). This rule applies to signatures (text and images) and user avatars as well. The following are some guidelines:
- Do not post images of sexual acts of any kind or images containing nudity that can be considered inappropriate for minors.
- Signatures and avatars should not contain any sexually ?suggestive? images as both occur site-wide. There is a thin line between that and ?ecchi?, do not to cross it.
- Do not post images of explicit real-life violence.
- Do not swear/curse in areas of the forum where it is not permitted.
Failure to comply to a Administrator?s/Moderator's warning or direct order regarding the use of profanity could lead to a permanent ban (this does not include the ?Life?s a Bitch? section).
3. Flaming, Trolling & Baiting:
The use of insults that are meant to annoy, harass or insult members (otherwise known as ?flaming?) is strictly prohibited. Being rude also counts. Hate posts or posts specifically designed to provoke a negative response from someone (or ?baiting?) for fun or otherwise are not allowed so try to be considerate, understanding and respectful of other people's point of view. Registering an alternative account for the sole purpose of creating problems on the forums (or ?trolling? as it is known) will only cause the new account to be banned immediately and permanently. The primary account holder may be banned as well.
4. Thread Bashing & Off Topic:
There will be some posts or threads in the forum that you may not like. If you dislike somebody's thread or some of the people participating in the discussion simply don't bother reading it. Posting in it with the sole purpose of having it closed or to simply annoy people (aka ?bashing?) will not be tolerated. As aforementioned, it is appreciated if things stay on topic. Try to stay close to the original topic of a certain thread as much as you can. If you wish to talk about something else make a new topic, do not use an existing one (and do not make an ?Off Topic? thread).
Actions or posts meant to harm (defame, insult, bash etc.) the forum, affiliates or any entities associated with us will not be permitted.
5. Do Not Spam Or Advertise:
SPAM - Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. We simply don't like it. There is no need to reply to every single post. If you only have one thing to say, explain and expand it, fill it with meaning and substance or edit your original post. NO advertising is permitted. These posts will be simply deleted (including signatures). SPAM-ing in any way, shape or form may lead to a ban. Members who register and immediately start posting spam links will be just as immediately banned. Army building spam is not allowed as well. Below is a list of examples of topics that we consider as being spam:
- User posted advertisements
- Scams or cons
- Multiple posts & threads to promote a single subject or to get a solution to their problem faster.
- Hostile advertising (or other forms of advertisements)
6. General Tips:
The following are some tips that can be followed to ensure a more pleasant posting experience.
- Use the SEARCH button at the top before starting a new topic.
- Post in the right part of the forum. That way we get to keep the forum organized.
- We don't like "Grave Digging". Try not to reply to threads that haven't been replied to for over three months without a serious reason.
- Don't post just to raise your post count, there is no bonus in that.
- If you don't have something constructive to add to a thread then don't post at all. It is better than just posting a ?lol?.
7. About The Moderators
While the moderators are members themselves, we require that you follow their instructions when it comes to forum matters, and that you give them all due respect. Also, any actions undermining their authority as staff or harassing will not be tolerated and be treated accordingly according to each situation. If you don't like the decision a moderator made you should contact him directly to have the problem solved and if the issue still goes unresolved, send a private message to an Administrator. DO NOT start public threads criticizing their actions in order to gain sympathy. This may lead to a ban.
Please Note: Moderators are picked by the forum administration when the need for one arises. Asking to become one will not give you that position.
8. Security & Privacy
We take security seriously. With that in mind, we the administration would kindly like to remind you that the individual users are responsible about the security of their account. The secrecy of their password and the e-mail account associated with this forum is the user?s individual responsibility. If a user account is hacked then you will be held responsible not we. Any user found trying to gain unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive areas, or hacking accounts may be banned as well.
As a registered member you acknowledge that all information posted by you can be viewed by everyone. Do not post private information if you don't want to have it publicly shown.
9. User Banning
Banned users will see a screen with information as soon as they log in. Both temporary and permanently banned users have no access to any posting features.
Please Note: Creating a new account to bypass a ban will only lead to a new (probably permanent) ban. We don't care what you did to get the original ban or how long ago that happened. We?re just plain nasty like that.
