Fourth Prince (Carter Wong) ready to set off in hopes of mastering the secrets of Shaolin kung fu -- particularly due to the rumors of an impending rebellion among his subjects. Initially prevented by his over-protective father from learning martial arts, Fok Yun Gap (Leung Kar Yan) trains in secret with mysterious Japanese tutor Chiang Ho San (Yasuaki Kurata), eventually becoming a master. Years later when Yun Gap has evolved into a fighting legend, Japan sends a champion to challenge him. The challenger is Ho San. In a tragic twist of fate, the two friends are honor-bound to engage in a potentially deadly duel of unarmed combat.
A constructioncrew unwittingly frees an evil cat spirit when they move an ancient stone tablet. Master Cheung (played by Lau Kar-Leung), the descendant of the mystics sworn to fight the cat, shows up to try and destroy his enemy once and for all. Things look bad as the cat spirit invades the bodies of unsuspecting people, gives them supernatural strength, and then uses them for evil until it casts off their bodies in an explosive spray of body parts. Cheung enlists the help of loser limo driver Ah Long (Mark Cheng), whose boss was possessed and destroyed by the cat spirit, to help him put an end to the evil feline.
Once a year two elderly warriors, the King of Sabres (Sammo Hung) and the King of Spears (Lau Kar-Wing), meet at Wulin Sacred Place to see whose martial art is superior - but as neither of the constantly bickering pair ever wins and both know one another too well, each agrees to take on a student, and let a younger generation fight it out. The King of Sabres tricks watermelon-seller Stubborn Wing (Lau Kar-Wing) into becoming his student, the King of Spears persuades boatman Fatty Ah Yo (Sammo Hung) to learn his craft, and after a period of training, the stage is set for both young men to clash - but Laughing Bandit (Leung Kar-Yan), a battle-scarred enemy from the old men's past, has returned to wreak his deadly revenge. It will take the skills of all four to defeat him - if only they can stop fighting each other.
As a Buddhist monk, Zhi Xing (Lau Jang-ling) is something of a rebel, and as such for going against the rules of his temple and the strict Abbott in charge there, he is being severely punished by having to go on a gruelling ascetic journey. While he and his master are at the point of collapsing, back at the temple the monks feel under threat from the army of Jins, but as they have taken their vows of non-violence any use of martial arts is banned. The villagers and bandits who are against the Jins wish the monks would use their combat training to fight back, and the leader of the bandits comes to see the Abbott to try and persuade him to change his mind - when this doesn't work, he swiftly escapes. But soon Zhi Xing will be pushed over the edge by the brutality of the Jins, no matter what the punishment may be...
Hua, a famous swordsman refuses to give up a treasured sword called Chi Wu which is believed to be evil. Li Mak-jan, an ambitious young fighter saves his daughter and challenges Hua with the same evil sword. Hua suffers a mortal wound, not from Li but from an assassin ordered to kill Li. Li and Hua�s daughter join forces to avenge Hua�s death and save Li�s childhood sweetheart from her jealous husband who had sent the assassin and who also sought to gain possession of the Chi Wu sword.
Lui is a powerful exminister who opposes the ambitious premier Hu Wei Yen. Lui is assassinated, so his daughter Lui Sin and an assorted band of people loyal to the emperor seeks revenge and justice. The premier made a mistake - he allowed a scroll of battle orders to fall into loyalist hands. Lui and Co learn this, and vow to take this proof of treason to the emperor. But, though the loyalists have Shaolin on their side, the premier has two renegade shaolin, who say "Earth and Sky", which makes them invincible, as well as golden pills, which restore their health if badly wounded. And, naturally, there are loads of old men who stroke their long white beards whilst nodding their heads.
Sibelle Hu stars as a Wu, a cop who gets the attention of her superiors after she foils a plot by some ninjas to assassinate a visiting dignitary. Wu is placed in charge of training a group of female cadets, who the top brass will become a tough commando team. Of course, no one on the new team gets along at first, but they soon bond together and manage to foil a plot to steal a set of expensive jewels from a fashion show.
It's the day of the annual Festival Of Hungry Ghosts and Police Chief Shun gets a visit from a former officer (who became a monk) who brings
with him a warning. He tells Shun that if a woman in pink shows up at the station (a former Clubhouse for Japanese soldiers), there will be consequences, unless necessary precautions are taken. Shun shrugs off the warning and decides to go on with police business as usual.
The same night the two laid back cops Mackey Kim and Chiu Man arrests petty thief Sneaky Ming and throws him in jail. Soon the woman in
pink shows herself to Sneaky Ming and leads him into the clubhouse that was, for a lethal game of mahjong. Of course his opponents are
spirits and with them they bring General Issey, a bloodthirsty vampire. This is just the beginning of the troubles for Sneaky Ming and not
to mention Mackey Kim and Chiu Man...
Nearly the entire story takes place in the Spring Inn run by Wendy (Li Li-hua), a Han rebel who has recruited four feisty women with shady
pasts and a hatred for Mongols to pose as waitresses while awaiting orders. Word arrives that the region�s chief Mongol warlord Lee Khan
(Tien Feng) is likely coming to the inn in order to receive a valuable war map from a Chinese traitor. Two more rebels in disguise arrive to help,
but Mongol spies intent on uncovering any trouble are everywhere and the rebels are forced into a dangerous game of deception. The stakes
only get immeasurably higher when Lee Khan and his sister (Hsu Feng) arrive. Despite the Mongol�s growing suspicions and brutal methods,
the rebels are forced to bide their time for the right moment to strike.
The Man from Hong Kong, Inspector Fang (Jimmy Wang Yu) of the Hong Kong Special Branch lands in Sydney on a mission to extradite dope
smuggler Win Chan (Sammo Hung), but really wants to nab the top man in the organization. He gets the name of the kingpin after beating
up Win Chan, who is then killed by an assassin. Fang goes after the kingpin, irrepressible and undaunted even after scores of heavies are
set upon him.
Chow Yun Fat, Leslie Cheung and Cherie Chung play a trio of art thieves living life to the full in Paris. The threesome steal a valuable painting,
but are double-crossed by their employer. In the ensuing shoot-out, Chow disappears presumed dead and Cheung barely escapes. The
action moves to Hong Kong with Cheung and Chung now courting and their adoptive 'father' continuing to ask for their help in art-thefts.
When Chow reappears in a wheelchair, the trio are re-united and begin to uncover their betrayers.
Dirty Tiger (Liu Chia-Yung) is a sly bounty hunter whose main interest is in making money from his unusual assignments. One such job sees him hired by an abandoned wife to find her missing hen-pecked husband, Crazy Frog (Sammo). Frog is meanwhile blissfully unaware of his hunter, but soon has his own troubles when a crafty gold-digger manages to trick him out of his prized possession - the Invincible Armour. This Armour is not the expected kung-fu technique or manual of martial excellence, it is in fact a thin chain-mail vest that is impervious to blades. When Dirty Tiger finally catches up with his target he agrees to help him get back the Invincible Armour, though he naturally has his own ulterior motives for this. Numerous crosses and double-crosses soon occur as each of the varied parties realises the true value of this unusual treasure. If the villainous groups are not bad enough, Dirty Tiger and Crazy Frog are engaged in a relentless battle for supremacy along the way - a dispute which loses them the Armour on more than one occasion. The true ownership is finally settled in an intricate fight between the uneasy duo and their ruthless rivals.
The Flower Kid (Wu Ma) was once a notorious thief who robbed from the rich to give the poor but he dropped out of sight many years ago and it is rumoured he retired. When a new crime bearing all of his trademarks is committed, the Sheriff (Maka) assumes that he has re-surfaced and employs the services of the wily tracker Skinny Gee (Shek) to locate him. Gee lays a trap for the Kid by setting up a fake jewel exchange but the only person that takes the bait is a petty criminal called Fatso (Hung). Gee sees elements of the Kid within Fatso and employs his services to help him get inside his mind. However, whilst on the trail the two partners soon discover that there is more to the tale than meets the eye as they encounter ruthless killers and deadly traps that threaten to impede their quest.
After Jason Chan (Yuen Biao) finishes his law education in England he returns to Hong Kong to become a prosecution lawyer. With a strong
sense of justice, Jason try to convict some drug lords for their crimes but he has little luck. They always go free and the law just does not
work, the anger builds up in Jason till he takes it upon himself to rid the world of these criminals. Sandy (Cynthia Rothrock) a detective for
the HK police is assigned to the case of tracking down the Vigilante responsible for the death of some criminals.
Tong Pak Fu (Chow) is the leading scholar of the infamous "Four Scholars" and excels at poetry, painting, music and ... well, just about
everything really. Despite having eight wives he is still remains unhappy as they persist in spending their time at the Mahjong tables.
Thankfully, his life changes for the better when he catches sight of the beautiful Chow Heung (Gong Li) who has a smile that makes him
realise she is the one true girl for him. Heung is a servant of a household that hates the work of Tong Pak Fu so he must enter disguised
as a servant. Trouble begins when the "Four Perverted Heroes" decide to take Chow Heung for themselves and an old enemy of Pak Fu's
father is hired to kill the family.

In the previous chapter, Joker had repeatedly used the Pandora's Box to travel back in time a short distance in order to save his love,
the beautiful devil Pak Jing-jing (Karen Mok). He finally succeeded, but was shortly thereafter thrust back in time 500 years.
Now he meets up with an immortal transformed from a candlewick into a beautiful woman named Lin Zixia (Athena Chu). She claims the
Pandora's Box and quickly falls in love with Joker, but he's put off by her dual personality. Lin's gruff sister Qingxia also inhabits the same
body and awakes at night. Lin wanders off at one point and Joker stumbles upon himself, or rather his previous self as the Monkey King.
The scene that opened the first half of this story plays out fully as Joker watches the Monkey King defy the Goddess, resulting in his demise.
But Joker's bumbling attempt to steal the Pandora's Box that Monkey drops changes history when it causes the Longevity Monk to vanish
out of time before he can sacrifice himself.
The Story begins in the realm of the gods as Monkey is confronted by Goddess for wanting to eat his master, The Longevity Monk, in
order to gain immortality. They were both supposed to journey to India to retrieve Buddhist scriptures, but never quite made it. Monkey
is effectively destroyed, but the kind monk intercedes upon his behalf by sacrificing himself and both of them are allowed to be reborn on
earth. 500 years later, the gods have arranged for the monk and Monkey to meet on Earth to resume their journey. Two demon sisters
who hope to eat the monk's flesh arrive at the intended spot which is a bandit hideout. The bandit leader is a cross-eyed and uni-browed
goon named Joker (Stephen Chow) who shortly has his bad looks 'cured,' but gets into all sorts of trouble with the devil women when it is
thought that he may be the reincarnated Monkey King who knows the whereabouts of the monk.

Impoverished teahouse worker (and martial-arts student) Abao is engaged to his boss' daughter, Little Chu, and fights to protect
her from the lecherous advances of the wealthy but repulsive Master Shi. The two men's romantic rivalry escalates into full-scale
supernatural warfare after Shi enlists the aid of a wicked sorcerer, and Abao encounters a benevolent female ghost.
After foiling the plans of the various groups who were determined to have a hand in regal affairs, Wei now finds himself the target of
significant opposition. One such enemy (Cheung Man) who had been foiled in her plan to impersonate the Queen Mother now swears
revenge and also promises she will not be recognised when she returns. So it is as the delectable warrior now accepts a renewed form
(Lin) and is entrusted with the task of making sure a friend of her clan attains the throne. Meanwhile, now presiding over his own district,
Wei aka 'Duke of Mount Deer' sees the disturbances of the past return when he again becomes embroiled in the actions of the rebel
factions. Added to this is the attention of old allies and new threats to the throne. The cowardly duke manages to talk his way out of
trouble, while playing each side off against the other. The most surprising twist comes with some of the new allies and even lovers that
Wei amasses along the way. By the end of the film, the royal family is saved and Wei Shew Bao has several beautiful wives to his name.
Yi Tien (Yi Lei) is one life�s losers. He yearns to become a famous detective, but his undignified assignments leave him so disillusioned that
he plans suicide. About to jump under a train, he encounters Ah Chen (Cherie Chung Cho-hung) who is planning likewise: she claims that
she has been molested by a space alien from a flying saucer and has therefore been rejected by her disbelieving fiance. The two narrowly
escape death together, while Yi Tien vows he will prove her story and thus make himself famous.
Wei Shew Bao (Chow) is the cowardly teller of tall Tales who wows and annoys local visitors in equal measure. Although he speaks of grandiose
deeds and colourful characters, the simple fact is that his own life is devoid of adventure. All of this changes when Wei saves the leader of the anti-Ching movement during a furious battle. Rewarding this strangely heroic act, the chief adopts Wei as his pupil and immediately assigns him
the task of infiltrating the palace to find the '42 Chapter Classic'. Once in the palace, the fearful and reluctant hero is forced to become the
underling of powerful eunuch Lord Hai (Ng Man Tat). Now with a second master, Wei is given a second mission - to break into the Empress
Dowager's Palace and get the same book
Twenty years ago, Ti (Ti Lung), an expert snooker player and martial artist, had a run in with a triad leader that culminated with a boxing
match between the two. Now in his sixties, Ti has returned to Hong Kong. Ti passes time in a snooker center when he meets Chiang Ching
-lung (Chiang), a street savvy youth whose demeanor reminds Ti of himself as a teenager. They become good friends. Comforting the poverty
-stricken Chiang, Ti often provides fatherly advice and encouragement.
During a battle to win a girl�s heart, Chiang severely injuries his nemesis Lo Jun-ping (Lo). Lo�s master, Fang Yeh swears to avenge his young
disciple. Serving as mediator, Ti agrees with Lo to stage a boxing match between Chiang and Lo in three month�s time. When the eventful day

island. Her investigation gets complicated when a Japanese spy (Oshima), her partner (Nishiwaki), and a mysterious woman (Lee) all want
the antiques for themselves.
Uncle Ming (Richard Ng) is a Taoist priest who, with the help of two friendly ghosts, cons money from those with haunted houses. He
meets Lam Ching Ying�s Taoist ghostbuster, and the �Captain� (Billy Lau), and helps them to capture a sorcerer who is terrorizing the town.
